Q. What are the Kato Awards?

A. The Kato Awards recognise the agencies who publish the largest verified transaction volumes to Atlas, across office, retail, industrial and investment deals throughout the the UK, based on verified disposal and acquisition submissions.


Q. How often are the awards?

A. Kato Awards run:
Annually - results for the preceding year typically announced in February.
Quarterly - results for the preceding quarter typically announced in April, July, October & January


Q. Who is eligible for The Kato Awards?

A. All agencies with an active Atlas membership, who have contributed eligible transactions to Atlas in the given period. If you're not yet on Atlas, head here to get started.


Q. How can you submit deals towards the award rankings?

A. Submit your deals before advertised deadlines each quarter - best practice is to publish in real-time throughout the quarter to ensure your deals are recognised accordingly. If you're not yet on Atlas, head here to get started.

A. Live announcements are made on LinkedIn, or head to our website for all published results to date.


Q. Can I see the live rankings?

A. Although not currently available, this feature is being worked on so we can bring you a live ranking of your marketplace to see how your agency is stacking up against the competition in real time.
