TL;DR: Organisations can now assign and manage their own Atlas licences directly in Kato.

Seat Management: Assign and Manage Agency Pro Licences

Soon, you’ll be able to do the same with Agency Pro licences too!


What is Seat Management?

Seat Management lets organisation admins easily assign, remove, and manage Atlas and Agency Pro licences (seats) for their team members. This is the first of several planned improvements to make licence management easier and more flexible. Atlas seat management is available now; Agency Pro seat management is coming very soon.


Key Features

  • Assign or remove licences for individual users.

  • Bulk actions: Assign/remove licences or resend team invites to multiple users at once.

  • Add new users and assign them a licencse in one step.

Who Can Use This Feature?

Only users with the organisation admin permissions in agency organisations can access Seat Management.


How to Access Seat Management

  1. Click your profile.

  2. Go to Organisation Settings.

  3. Select User Management.


Good to Know

  • Only Atlas licences can be managed right now.

  • The number of available seats is associated with your contracted licences.

  • You cannot assign more seats than your contract allows; however, you can request more seats from within the application, and our team will be in touch to action.

  • When a user is assigned a seat, they’ll get an email notification.


Quick Guide

  • Toggle licences on or off for users in the list.

  • Use bulk actions to manage multiple users or resend invitations.

  • Add a new user, assign a seat, and send their login invite - all in one go.
