Goal

Record and manage tenant intel directly in the Interest Schedule for use in reports and team workflows.

Why

Keeps tenant insights organised, editable, and shareable - improving collaboration, speed, and reporting accuracy.

Recording the tenant to include in my reports

You can store the tenant as your own intelligence only your team will see.

Each line of interest is fully editable which means you can layer up as much or as little intel as you want to show on your schedule.

This can be updated at anytime, but once saved it can appear on your Interest Schedule.

What parts of the Interest Schedule can I edit?

You can edit all key fields on the schedule, including:

  • New and existing interest rows

  • Internal intel

  • Status updates

  • Requirement fields (if mismatches are detected)

To layer up intel on the prospective tenant, you can add, remove or tweak any of the below:

Can I add new interest matches directly into the schedule?

Yes. You can add matches on the fly without leaving the Interest Schedule view, helping speed up data entry and workflow.

Is the Interest Schedule editable by landlords too?

Yes. Landlords can now collaborate directly on the Interest Schedule, eliminating the need to wait until marketing meetings to provide input.
