Enable agents to easily create and manage Interest Schedules—professional, branded reports that give landlords a clear picture of demand for their properties.
Why
Interest Schedules consolidate key data (Enquiries and Society Acquisitions) into one report. This helps agents present a polished, data-backed overview at marketing meetings, supporting better decisions and enhancing the landlord's experience.

Add to the schedule
Prior to enriching your interest already on the schedule, make sure you inbound enquiries have been vetted.
Similarly, if you are still waiting for agents to come back to you on any matches you sent are in the outbound section. You can move them into the schedule yourself without having to wait.
Once you have sorted through your inbounds and outbounds, you now need to ensure the data on the schedule is up to date 👇
Whats private and whats not?
A line of Interest is split into two versions of data. Interest is visible for your landlord and joint agent whereas requirement is internal info only.
Interest tab is found here, this info will be visible to your Landlord and Joint Agent:
Internal Requirement is here, this is where you can store confidential information as it will not show for your Landlord or Joint Agent:
For Update each line of interest with any key info you want your joint agents or Landlord to know about. Click into a line of interest and have the ability to amend the interest. This will feed through for your landlord and joint agent to see.
In each line of interest, make sure you update:

💬 Schedule comments
📈 Key tenant info
Can I hide lines of interest from my landlord or joint agent?
All interest is shared with your landlord and joint agent. Any confidential intel would need to be stored on the requirement (see above).
If you want to hide interest when you are presenting the schedule, you can do this here:

Reporting to your client
Now the schedule has been prepared, you just need to send this onto your client or add in your joint agents to collaborate with you. Its as simple as clicking share and entering their email address. They will receive an email to get logged in.
Your Landlord and joint agents will be able to:
Add interest
Update interest (status, intel, etc)
Add comments
Create viewings
Update viewings
