Joint Agent Interest Schedules is a way for you to merge your existing disposal report with your joint agent so you can collaborate on deals in progress to report to your client


Q: Who can collaborate on a joint schedule?

A: You, joint agents and Landlords can all contribute and collaborate on joint schedules. As an agent, you have the ability to shield any confidential interest from the rest of the schedule if you want to protect any sensitive info.


Q: How do I merge my schedule with the joint agent and Landlord?

A: Click the share icon within the schedule and click 'share with Landlord':

Simply add in their email address and it will send an email invitation to them to gain digital access:


Q: How do I know what properties have the Joint Agent Interest Schedule feature enabled?

A: To identify properties with the Joint Agent Interest Schedule feature enabled, look for a black icon on the property card, depicting the silhouette of two people:

If you have a green icon, this means its shared with your Landlord:


Q: How can I find out which agents or agencies are merged on the Joint Agent Interest Schedule?

A: You can see this by clicking into the 'shared' button within the schedule.

You can see which agents are collaborating on the schedule with you along with the Landlords or Clients who also have access:


Q: How can I see what I have shared or not shared with Joint Agents?

A: All interest is shared with your landlord and joint agent. Any confidential intel would need to be stored on the requirement.
