Goal

To provide you with a seamless, centralised way to access and manage shared schedules, enabling easy collaboration with landlords and quick access to their interest schedules and portfolios.

Why

By centralising schedules in one accessible location, we make it incredibly simple for landlords to stay up-to-date with their agents' with shared interest schedules and portfolio links. With just a few quick steps—requesting access and setting a password—users are empowered to view and engage with their schedules effortlessly, enhancing transparency and streamlining communication.

Request access to a schedule

If you need access to a schedule, you can request it with just a click from within your account! Simply add the building reference and the agent’s email address. The request will then be sent to the agent for them to accept and send you an invite.

Getting access to your schedules

Having your schedules in one place couldn't really get any easier. Any agent part of the society can share your interest schedule with you along with portfolio link.

The first step is to ask your agent to share their schedule with you. Once they do, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to get set up and start collaborating!

Once your agent has sent this via our system, its as quick and simple as going into your account and accessing the shared schedule!

Having live access to your interest schedule allows you to see interest for each scheme including enquiries, viewings, HoT - all in real time. Providing you and your agents consistent reporting format with no extra cost.

Live schedule

You can view the schedule in either a dashboard or presentation view, showing interest broken down by sector and source. Any updates made by your agent are automatically shared, and you can also share any updates you make—making it a simple, efficient, and collaborative way to work
