Daily Dashboard:

This is the first page you will be met with when you log in, and it gives you a clear aggregation of all the recent activity to help you quickly review your vacant portfolio.

Key Points:

  • Real-time enquiries supplied by your agents across all your vacancies

  • Key stats aggregated at one glance.

  • Use the left hand nvigation bar to jump to your Disposals or viewings calendar.

View the activity feed of the latest updates:

The activity fields neatly summarises all the changes that have happened on your portfolio and details the nature of the change, which disposal it was linked to, the agent that made the change and the enquiry that was being changed

Viewings

View all the viewings that have happened or have been booked in by your agents across your entire portfolio in a calendar view. You can then click into the viewing to see more details, such as who is conducting the viewing and if feedback has been left by the enquiring agent/tenant.

Disposal index

  • The disposal page gives you an entire world view of all your existing vacancies that have interest schedules currently being shared with you.

  • Toggle between the types of dispoals (Lettings/Sales) along the top navigation bar.

  • Request new interest schedules using the green "Request new schedule" button

  • See which agents are handling which disposals

Disposal Insights

Clicking into a disposal opens up the summary page for that disposal.

  • See key activity at a glance

  • Track deal progression overview

  • Viewing trends, interest source and discounting data is also aggregated into autopopulated graphs

Interest Schedules

We have a separate article about navigating and collaborating on your schedules, but here is a brief overview.

  • All of the data in your schedules is populated by the enquiries that are being handled by your instructed agents within their daily workflows.

  • Agents have the ability to control when & how data is shared. They can either share the schedule in real time (live) or they can sync their view of the schedule to yours intermittently

  • Collaborate on shared data with invited users by progressing the status of the enquiries, adding prospects of your own or by commenting on a line of interest

  • Landlords only see the details shared on the schedule; agents reserve the right to be able to keep some of their enquires of parts of any enquiry confidential from the shared schedule

Kanban & Table view

  • Change your view of the schedule using the Table/Kanban toggle

  • Filter, add, or progress cards within either view

Prospects

You can contribute enquiries and target tenants to your interest schedule.

Before the property is listed on the market, you can begin putting prospects on the schedule so you are on the front foot to develop and nurture early-stage interest or target desired known occupiers.

You can easily add a Prospect by:

  1. Selecting your interest schedule

  2. Clicking “Add Prospect”

  3. Inputting basic tenant details

This allows you to kick off marketing with tracked demand (for Offices) and brand alignment (for Retail) right away.

Editing Interest

Landlords can now collaborate directly on the Interest Schedule, eliminating the need to wait until marketing meetings to provide input. Agents will see your edits and comments in real time.
