Is there a messaging feature for managing Outbounds?
Yes. Live messaging between Agents supports outbound qualification and follow-up. You can ask for updates or share status in-platform—no need for external emails or calls.
Do Joint Agents share outbound visibility?
No. Outbounds are not shared between Joint Agents. Each agent only sees their own outbound efforts.
