How to add Sales to Atlas Rankings

Written by Max Kemplen

๐ŸŽฏ Goal

Make your published sale and investment transactions eligible for Atlas Rankings, the live leaderboards showing activity by deals, value, and sq ft, by completing the specific ranking fields on each record.

โ“ Why

Rankings market your agency's success to the CRE community. A published sale without the required ranking fields still counts as a contribution, but doesn't appear in rankings. A few minutes completing those fields puts your deal on the board.

๐Ÿ“Š Sales ranking fields

  • Tenure

  • Purchase price

  • Total size

  • Your agent's name(s)

๐Ÿ“Š Investments ranking fields

  • Tenure

  • Purchase price

  • Total size

  • Your agent's name(s)

๐Ÿ“Š Step-by-step

  1. Open Sales โ†’ Atlas Publishing tab.

  2. Go to the Published โ€“ Not on Rankings saved view.

  3. Click into each sale and review the Atlas ranking information section.

  4. Fill the missing ranking fields.

  5. Save. Records should shift to Published โ€“ On Rankings.

โœ… You've done it whenโ€ฆ

Your sale appears in Published โ€“ On Rankings and is counting toward your agency's Atlas Ranking position.

๐Ÿ’ก Common mistakes & pro tips

  • Tenure matters. Freehold, long leasehold, short leasehold โ€” pick the right one; it drives rankings categorisation.

  • Purchase price is the headline figure, not net after costs.

  • Run the Not on Rankings view monthly. Quick fill-in can move your team up the ranks meaningfully.
