A quick guide to getting started with your Landlord account on Kato.
Step 1 - Setting up your profile
Adding this information helps us to tailor new solutions to your job role.
Simply add your Name, Job Role, Profile Photo and Linkedin URLs.
This is also the area where you can reset your password if needed.
Step 2 - Connect with your colleagues
Easily invite your colleagues to join you on Kato and manage your organisation profile by clicking 'Invite teammates' on the left-hand navigation bar.
Unless we have previously created specific teams within Kato for you, please select 'Default' for their primary and secondary teams during setup.
You can review, resend, and revoke existing invitations using the toggles on the top bar and selecting one or multiple invitations.
If you need to remove colleagues from your account (for example, if they’ve left the business), please email help@kato.app
Step 3 - Configure Organisation Permissions
As a default, all members of the organisation will see all properties & interest schedules. If you want to change this, go to the permissions section within the Disposal Management as follows. Here, you can control who within your organisation will have access to that specific disposal.
