Goal
Enabling users to easily access transactional data in just a few clicks.
Why
This streamlines research, reduces manual work, and ensures quick visibility into lettings and sales data.
Searching for transactions
From the Atlas home screen, select either Lettings or Sales.
Choose the property type(s) you want to search for.
Enter a location or address, then hit Search.
Draw a search area
From the Find page, select the Draw Boundary option.
Search for a location, then use your cursor to draw a perimeter on the map:
Each click sets a waypoint.
Linking back to your first waypoint completes the boundary.
Click View Records.
Atlas will display all transactions that fall within the drawn area.
Once in the results view, you can add additional filter options.
Reviewing Records
Click on a card, or click on the map price indicator (and then the pop-up) to see the record in detail.
Each record has various sub-views you can access, such as size, additional details, map and media.
Reporting & Exporting
You can add options to a report by clicking one of the following options:
In the top corner of the details screen...
...or using the checkboxes on the map view.
When you are ready to export, simply click on the report button at the top of the list of cards, then click on the export button in the top right of the screen. Exports are limited to 250 records.
You can also configure your columns before export.

Additional Features (at launch or immediately after)
Saved searches
Once you have run a search, you can save it for quick access in the future.
This is especially useful if you:
Regularly work in a specific market
Have drawn custom polygons
Have applied the detailed filters you want to reuse
Saved searches appear in the search bar, allowing you to instantly re-run the same criteria.
Email alerts for new matching transactions will be introduced post-launch.
Multiple sources
At the top of a detailed transaction view, you’ll see the source of the data.
In some cases, there may be more than one source. For example, both the landlord rep and tenant rep may submit the transaction.
Atlas uses proprietary data science models to intelligently group these submissions into a single clear record.
Request information
If any data field has been made private by the contributing agent, you will see a “Request information” option.
From here, you can contact the contributing agent to obtain the missing details.
Post-launch, we plan to introduce in-platform messaging to make communication and verification seamless.
Anomaly detection
Occasionally, data may contain mistakes. For example, a user selecting £ per sq ft instead of £ per annum.
Atlas uses advanced anomaly detection models to identify potentially incorrect values.
A yellow warning icon will appear where data looks unusual, alerting you to check the field before using it.
Additional Use Cases – Business Development
Atlas can help you identify business development opportunities using the same tools you use to find comparable evidence.
Simply apply the relevant filters and criteria to build targeted BD lists.
For example, use the lease end date or break date filters to find upcoming lease events and identify occupiers who may soon require representation.
This makes it easier to spot opportunities, build pipelines, and support proactive outreach across your markets.
