Enable Atlas users to effortlessly publish their existing deals directly from Kato.
Why
This makes the process faster and more efficient by highlighting information that is needed, reducing errors, and ensuring listings are always up to date.
Publish lettings and sales to Atlas
To publish existing transactions on Kato to Atlas, navigate to the Atlas Publishing tab within Leases and Sales.
From there, you will be able to see your transactions categorised as follows:
Ready to publish
Meets all mandatory fields.
Can be published in just a few clicks.
Not ready to publish
Missing mandatory information.
Needs updates before publishing is possible.
Published – Not on Rankings
Published with headline details only.
Requires Atlas ranking information to qualify for the rankings.
Published – On Rankings
Published and fully qualified.
These transactions are visible on Atlas Rankings.

General contribution rules
Clicking into a transaction in any of the 4 saved views will show you the necessary fields needed to publish to Atlas (Headline Details) and qualify for the Atlas Ranking (Atlas ranking information)
Headline Details
Completing these fields allows you to publish your transaction to Atlas. They are:
Address
Property type
Transaction date
Our Acquisition/Our Disposal designation
Atlas ranking information
Completing 'Ranking' fields (in addition to headline details) qualifies the transaction for inclusion in Atlas Rankings.
These are the following for leases:
Transaction type
Headline rent
Total size
Lease start date
Lease length
Lease end date
Your agent's name(s)
These are the following for sales:
Tenure
Purchase price
Total size
Your agent's name(s)
These are the following for investments:
Tenure
Purchase price
Total size
Your agent's name(s)
Publishing Options
Once the required information is entered:
You can manage which data is shared with the Atlas community before publishing.
You may choose to hide certain details, but note that some information is mandatory for Atlas Rankings.
When everything looks good, simply hit Publish and watch your deals climb the ranks! 🚀
Bulk Publishing Options
If you have a large number of transactions in the 'Ready to publish' saved view, you can bulk publish them to Atlas.
You can do so by selecting the checkboxes in each row. Once done so, you will have the option at the bottom of the page to bulk publish.
We recommend reviewing the data first by clicking through each one to ensure you meet the requirements for the rankings.
