Goal
Enable users who do not manage live disposals or requirements in Kato to easily add lettings and sales directly to Atlas using Kato’s Create Forms.
Why
This workflow allows users to contribute their transactions quickly, without needing to set up disposals or requirements first. It ensures Atlas remains comprehensive and up to date, while keeping data entry simple and flexible.
Publish lettings and sales to Atlas using Create Forms
If you don’t store your live disposals or requirements in Kato, you can still publish your transactions to Atlas using the Create forms within the Leases or Sales sections.
Follow the steps below to add and publish your deal.
1. Open Leases or Sales
Start by selecting either Leases or Sales in the left-hand menu.
2. Navigate to the All tab
Click the All tab under Leases or Sales to view your full list of records.
3. Create a new transaction
Click Create New in the top right corner
Select the appropriate lease or sale option
The Create Form will open
4. Complete the form
Fill in the transaction details as required.
These fields capture the deal information needed for publishing and Atlas Rankings.
5. Publish to Atlas
When the form is complete:
Click Publish to Atlas
Choose your privacy settings
Use Hide data only when information is confidential or subject to an NDA
Click Save Transaction & Publish to Atlas
Your transaction will be published to Atlas immediately.
You may then click View Transaction to add any further detail if needed.
