How can I add a Video to my Media page in Kato?
You can do this by following the below steps;
Go to the disposal in question
Go to the Media Tab
Scroll down to "Videos"
Add in the Video and provide a description and URL as requested
Update/Publish the property to update the listing

Common causes of video issues may include incorrect video settings such as privacy or playback restrictions, improper link formats not compatible with the system, or links from unsupported services like WeTransfer that expire and cause playback issues.
Make sure to look in the privacy settings of the video to ensure the option of "Where can this be embedded" is "Anywhere"
If a Vimeo video displays the message 'Sorry, this video does not exist,' ensure the video is marked as "Enable to play everywhere" in its settings and verify other permissions related to embedding and privacy.
For YouTube videos, ensure you are using the proper embed code. Right-click the video, select "Copy Embed Code", extract the URL from the
srcattribute of the<iframe>tag, and use this URL directly to avoid playback issues
I Have ensured the video is in the Vimeo and Youtube format however it is not showing?
